UK standard delivery is FREE across all orders and takes 2-3 days.

International deliveries are charged at £9.99, but charges can vary depending on country and weight, and usually take up to 7 days. Southern Ireland & Europe take 2-4 days and the Rest of the World 4- 7 days, but can be dependent on domestic postal services for the particular country.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Stage One Let’s Talk

Your journey starts with a telephone consultation with the Director Kerry who will schedule a call with you to discuss your requirements please allow 30 minutes for the call, Kerry will advise based on your shape, preferred colours dependant on skin tone and hair, understand your special occasion and most of all your personality.

This will help Kerry understand your uniqueness and how we can ensure you really feel amazing on that special day.

At the end of the call we can shortlist some outfits and make sure they are available at the boutique for your 2 hour consultation, please note we do not hold all stock onsite so each consultation is bespoke to you.

We will need to bring in those outfits especially, so  24 hrs will be required between telephone consultation and your visit to the Silks Boutique to ensure you see the full array of options.

If possible, try to have a few ideas and images that we can discuss during the call.

Stage Two Let’s Look Amazing

The 2 hour consultation will mean that the shop will be exclusive to you for that period, we will provide light refreshments to ensure your as comfortable as possible and the entire time will be one to one.

Your outfits that were agreed will be ready for you to try so you can get an understanding of how the outfit will feel on that special day.

We can accessorise each outfit with jewellery and a large selection of hats which we have from top designers, we can also offer a service that will design a hat just for you.  We can  discuss and help you wear the correct underwear and one of our partner independent retailers will come to the shop to discuss options.

If after the shop consultation you need to go away and think about the outfits you are more than welcome to book another appointment.

You are allowed to bring 1 guest per consultation, you will be made feel extra special by the little extras and personal service received.

This service is fully complimentary.

Stage Three The Better it Fits the Better it Looks

If your chosen outfit requires any alteration we will invite you back in and our dedicated alteration team will fit your dress to you.

We will ask you to bring shoes and the underwear you will be wearing on the day. This helps to make sure the fit is correct.

Once the dress is altered we will contact you asking you to come in, try it back on, make sure you are 100% happy.
